Business Development Executive

In Search of a Full-Time Business Development Executive to Make an Impact in the Maintenance, Repair and Operations (MRO) Industry

The Business Development Executive/ Product Engineer will focus on customer acquisition, lead generation, and prospect management , as this role will garner and meet potential clients. He/She will also focus on the growth of our code brand product and solutions sales. He/She will be responsible to research client business referrals, networks, and web leads, provide prospective customers/ clients with all services offered and additional presentation as needed, and work with clients to create solutions for their needs and consult throughout the sales process. Must be energetic, well -spoken, and eager to close sales and increase revenue.

Business Development Executive - Position Overview

  • Support and Grow 3M PSD Products and FIT Testing business
  • Promote and develop new and ongoing business solutions such as RCM , Temperature monitoring, Gas Detection, SPSD filter products,
  • Grow our industrial solutions business (FIRM/CMS)
  • Support other business portfolio (eg: Visual Safety and Printing Solutions) in BD Dept
  • Ability conduct trainings and perform hands on demos at site

Required Skills & Experiences

  • Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related discipline with engineering knowledge
  • Strong computing skills & excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to professionally and confidently communicate with people
  • Cold calling experience, knowledge of sales process from initiation to close
  • Possess a energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
  • Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
