Sustainability
A Greener Future Through Smart, Safe, and Sustainable Electric Solutions
Through our parent company, Tai Sin Electric, we are committed to stringent ESG reporting frameworks. Lim Kim Hai Group of companies pursues sustainability through enhancing energy efficiency, cutting waste, sourcing responsibly, and providing our partners with the most up to date green solutions.
At our current phase as of FY24, we have scaled up our offerings to include tailored solutions to support their digital transformation. In addition, our early foothold in the electric vehicle value chain has allowed us to glean unique insights to support our customers as they embark on energy transition in the green economy.

Highlights
Energy & Emissions
Following TCFD reccommendations, we began monitoring of our GHG emissions in 2023, with Scope 1 and Scope 2. In 2024, we have reduced our Scope 1 Emissions by 3.5%, and reduced our Scope 2 Emissions by 6.2% compared to 2023. This was done primarily by focusing on fuel & electricity use.
Learning & Development
In 2024, employees attended on average 48 hours of training, on topics ranging from product related training, soft skills leadership programmes, data analytics, and software tools. This is above the target set, which was an average of 40 training hours a year.
Community Engagement
Giving back to the community forms an integral part of our corporate identity. Through our Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives, we actively engage in various community development programmes. In FY2024, our employee participated in social welfare programmes including WeCare@North West by helping to pack and distribute food to approximately 200 families living in the area.
Charity Fundraising
We participated in and sponsor charity fundraising activities such as the Yellow Ribbon Race and the SGX Bull Charge Charity Run to support the needs of underprivileged children, families, persons with disabilities, and the elderly.
All sustainability related information can be found in the Tai Sin Group Annual Report.
What’s Next
In FY2024, we will continue to monitor and measure our energy consumption, GHG emissions, and water consumption to establish baseline data. Once we have a better understanding of these baselines, we will set specific reduction targets for both emissions and water usage.
